French Asbestos Air Monitoring Requirements: What the Law Says

Occupational exposure limit for asbestos

Under Article R. 4412-100 of the French Labour Code, the average concentration of asbestos fibres over an eight-hour working period must not exceed 10 fibres per litre of air (10 fibres/L). This limit is checked in the air inhaled by the worker.
